8th December FREE CHAKRADANCE

Description

" Chakradance™ Freedom is a transformational healing journey through your seven energy centres, blending music, free-form movement, guided visualisation, and mandala art. No experience necessary. Simply let your body move and your soul speak.

Over this immersive experience, you'll release what no longer serves you, unlock buried energy, and reconnect with your vibrant self. For all bodies, Chakradance™ Freedom meets you exactly where you are today. This is a 90 minute introductory session to the Freedom 8 week-programme"
